What is the process?

Everything revolves around “Batch” style cooking. This is in large part to cut costs. Saves me time and you money!

In short first I take preorders to get an idea of how large of a batch to make, then I make the batch, fill the orders, then any left over is available for purchase.

There are main batches which will be different from each other. (Themed differently) There will also be “Encore Batches” which are the same content as a main batch but technically a different batch….The idea is that each “Batch” is its own unique experience.

Initial Sign up (1 Time process)

You register for the Fire and Ice Food Service.

I Process you into the system, then send you a welcome email with a link to the preorder page.

Batch cycle process (Recurring process every batch)

1st you submit your preorder request. (No payment yet)

After the Preorder Cut off Date I start the batch process. I assess preorder numbers, start ordering ingredients, and cook.

Once the Batch is complete I check what is available with preorders to fill orders. 

Once I have product on hand to verify for orders You will get an email informing you that your order has been fulfilled and request for payment, and pickup/delivery options. (Preorders will be held for 1 week without payment)

Product is Picked up/Delivered.

After Preorders have been settled any left overs will be made available to the general public for purchase.

Once the batch is gone anyone who opted in for email notifications will get a thank you email.

When the next batch is announced and available for preorder you will receive a 2nd email to start the process again for the next round. 

Priority on order filling

  1. Ensure all Registered Preorders get at least 1 order (Quantity). Priority to longer established Customers.
  2. Fill full quantities on all Pre-orders
  3. Any left over product will be made available to anyone. Registered clients that have opted in for email notifications will get an email letting you know what is available. Rest will be available to the general public (No registering necessary)  
  4. If there was not enough to fill all preorders an “Encore Batch” will be made with a 1 week delay.

Simple Summary

  1. Register for service
  2. Get welcome email with link to preorder page
  3. Fill out preorder request (No payment yet)
  4. Receive email notifying order has been filled. Includes payment request and pickup/delivery option (order will be held for 1 week without payment)
  5. Receive order
  6. Thank you email
  7. Next batch start email
  8. Cycle Continues
